  • Equipment and hardware that has not been installed or modified

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products and services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-designed or specially ordered products manufactured to customer specifications
  • Consulting services, technical support, or training programs already delivered
  • Laboratory analysis services that have been completed
  • Products that have been opened, used, installed, or modified in any way
  • Products without original packaging, documentation, or proof of purchase
  • Software licenses or digital products that have been activated or downloaded

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
  3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and inform you whether your return has been approved or denied.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or shipped in error
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain products
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Products

BIOS will cover all shipping costs associated with returning defective or damaged products and sending replacements.

Warranty Information

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and are provided at the time of purchase. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
